The purpose of this paper is to explore the perioperative management and intraoperative hemostasis measures for patients with coagulation dysfunction induced by warfarin, and to summarize its clinical characteristics and treatment principles. After reasonable erioperative management, the patient successfully underwent unilateral double-channel endoscopic lumbar discectomy using high-amplification epinephrine lavage solution as the intraoperative medium, and the bleeding during the operation was well controlled. It was found that the application of hyperepinephrine lavage solution can effectively reduce the complications of this operation, and can provide a reference for the clinical treatment of patients with coagulation dysfunction.
