The department of nuclear medicine encompasses multiple professional positions, including diagnosis, treatment, nuclear medicine imaging, nuclear pharmacy, nuclear medicine laboratory technology and nursing. These positions exhibit significant differences in knowledge structure, skill requirements and professional positioning. Currently, the common training model is unable to meet the needs of the refined development of each position, resulting in the inability of the trained talents to fully adapt to the positions. Based on the core responsibilities and competency requirements of each professional positions in the department of nuclear medicine, The Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University has explored the construction path of post-adapted standardized training programs in terms of hierarchical training objectives and customized training content. Practice has shown that standardized training for specialist physicians, technologists and pharmacists can enhance the accuracy and practicality of nuclear medicine talent cultivation, provide support for the construction of a specialized talent echelon in nuclear medicine, and boost the high-quality development of the discipline.
