Comprehensively promoting the construction of curriculum ideological and political education is a strategic initiative for implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education. In response to current problems in integrating ideological and political education into pharmaceutical experiment courses, such as weak ideological and political awareness of teachers, single teaching method, insufficient resource integration and lack of evaluation system in colleges and universities, this study proposes a "four-dimensional integrated" development framework. It develops a multi-level resource system covering themes such as professional norms and traditional Chinese medicine culture, employs outcome-based education (OBE) and artificial intelligence as "dual drivers", and improves institutional guarantee system including cross-departmental teaching collaboration and professional title evaluation of teachers, which effectively solves the problem of disconnection between ideological education and professional training. It effectively constructs systematic paths for the integration of curriculum ideological and political education, and provide a reference for cultivating pharmaceutical talents with both moral integrity and professional expertise.
