Abstract

With the deep integration of assisted reproductive technology (ART) with cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and gene editing, reproductive medicine is facing unprecedented ethical challenges. Currently, reproductive medicine ethics education faces several critical issues, including an incomplete curriculum system, a disconnection between teaching and practice, and a lack of interdisciplinary faculty, making it difficult to meet the demands of the discipline and clinical development. This review systematically analyzes the current situation and deficiencies of global reproductive medicine ethics education, and proposes to build reproductive medicine ethics education system oriented towards clinical practice. Specifically, it includes establishing a structured curriculum system, strengthening "situated immersive" practical teaching and enhancing the construction of interdisciplinary teaching team. At the same time, it explores the application prospects and potential risks of AI technology in reproductive medicine ethics teaching. This review emphasizes that building the reproductive medicine ethics education system is an important foundation for ensuring the healthy development of reproductive medicine. The core lies in establishing a dynamic balance mechanism between technological innovation and ethical norms.
