Analysis on the rule of medication for flaccidity syndrome in "Yian Leiju" based on data mining

Abstract

Objective To analyze the mid-term treatment rules of the treatment plan for  flaccidity syndrome in the cluster "Yian Leiju" to provide references for future sputum related treatments.

Method  The medical cases of ancient physicians in "Yian Leiju" were collected and organized, and the prescription drugs were extracted ac-cording to the inclusion/exclusion criteria and standardized, and we applied the An-cient and Modern Consilia Cloud Platform Software (V2.3.5)  to analyze the pre-scription data by frequency statistics, cluster analysis, correlation analysis, and com-plex network to obtain the medication patterns of ancient medical doctors for the treatment of flaccidity syndrome.

Result  After screening, a total of 38 doctors were involved, 157 medical cases were included, with 166 consultations , and the total frequency of 1596 times. Commonly used Chinese medicines taste more sweet and bitter, mainly attributed to the kidney, liver meridian, high frequency drugs for an-gelica, knee, Poria, common drugs for angelica-achyranthes bidentata, tiger tib-ia-achyranthes bidentata, etc., the core prescription composition was based on Huqian Pills with addition and reduction.

Conclusion  In "Yian Leiju", the most commonly used drugs for treating flaccidity are mainly to tonify the liver and kidney, strengthen the muscles and bones supplemented by clearing away dampness and heat, and regulating qi. The treatment is based on the liver and kidneys and tonification, supplemented by clearing away heat and strengthening Yin.
