Objective  To explore the value of the trauma team care process in the treatment of patients with multiple injuries.

Methods  A total of 51 patients with multiple injuries admitted from July 2022 to December 2022 in Subei People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province were selected as the experimental group, and 51 patients with multiple injuries admitted from January 2022 to June 2022 were selected as the control group. The patients in the control group were given conventional nursing, and the patients in the experimental group underwent trauma team nursing process, and the time points, rescue effect and satisfaction with rescue in each important aspect of resuscitation were compared between two groups.

Results  The time required for each important aspect of resuscitation in the experimental group significantly shortened, the cure discharge rate was higher than that of the control group, the incidence of adverse events and mortality rate were lower than those of the control group, and the satisfaction of patients and their families in resuscitation was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).

Conclusion  The trauma team nursing process is conducive to improving the efficiency of resuscitation, increasing the success rate of resuscitation and healed discharge rate of patients, reducing the incidence of adverse events and mortality rate, and enhancing the satisfaction with resuscitation.
